So, my Grandmother's funeral was on Thursday (2/7). It was very nice, it was mostly my immediate family that cried, that is just who we are, we are very sensitive. My father gave a WONDERFUL speech of dedication to his mother and the the first most important lessons she taught him, his brothers and her grandchildren
They are:
- Knowing Family History (we have 10 generations worth of genealogy in our garage)
- Life Long Learning - Learning doesn't stop once you graduate from college with your bachelor's degree - there is ALWAYS something new you can learn
- Live everyday of life to your fullest
It was great to see Travis and Jim and June, I haven't seen them all in probably like 5 years or so, oi. I just wish it wasn't her death that brought was back together.
Brandon came along and I really enjoyed showing him around Aurora and Hastings. It will be nice to get him up there again sometime in the future, probably the summer and show him around, especially Aurora, better. It is such a wonderful place.
Math test Monday..arg, didn't do very well..I got a 69% on the test and my class average is a 76.5 or something. Really must push forward more, I think our next test is like the 28th or something so ya, luckily most of this is easier, just you know..gotta get things imprinted to memory. I so did not learn the formulas for the last test..which means more REPETITION
Hmm, I have a developmental psych test tomorrow, not too stressed out about it, just you know. The study guide is REAL detailed and has all the questions there..just I just gotta hope I memorize the right answer...or be really good at guessing.
I think that is it really, but not really sure
I do know within the next few days I will probably update the look with a more SPRINGY atmosphere in hopes of pushing the weather in the right direction.
Yep yep
